Refund policy

Every LINDERO print is made to order. When you choose your municipio, that exact map is printed for you — it isn't pulled off a shelf.

If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it.

Email info@otro.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship the damaged print back to us.

We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Because each print is made for one specific town, a returned print can't go back into stock or on to another customer. This is standard for made-to-order goods.

If your order doesn't arrive

Email us. If tracking shows it was not delivered, we reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reship once you confirm a corrected address; the second shipment is charged at cost.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as you can. If the print hasn't gone to production yet, we'll cancel and refund you in full.
