Shipping policy

Every LINDERO print is made to order and printed in the United States, in our printer's own plants. It does not cross the Atlantic, and it does not route through a partner network that changes with every order.

Your proof, before we print. When you order, we draw your place and send you the proof within 2 business days, along with your confirmation. You see your municipio before it exists on paper.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your address. Nothing is added later.

Delivery times are not published yet. We will post them here as soon as we have real numbers from our printer, measured on an actual order. We do not invent delivery dates. If you need your piece by a certain day, email info@otro.art before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

If your piece arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive at all, see our Return and refund policy. We replace it at no cost.
